Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Beach to Brother has a NO REFUND POLICY but offers a TRANSFER POLICY instead.

If after gaining a confirmed entry for the race a runner finds that they are not able to start, for whatever reason (including injury), then they are able to transfer their entry based upon the below guidelines:

FULL TRANSFER TO FOLLOWING YEAR

DISCOUNTED ENTRY TO FOLLOWING YEAR

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PERSON ($30 Fee Applies and must be Performed via Beach to Brother)

All entrants who wish to transfer their entry need to apply to the event director via email. Transfer dates and costs apply.

NO TRANSFERS ARE PERMITTED ONCE EVENT ENTRIES ARE FULL AND ENTRIES HAVE CLOSED.

Midnight 30 June
Full transfer to following year.

No transfers are permitted once event is full and entries are closed.
Midnight 31 July
50% discount off event entry the following year

No transfers are permitted once event is full and entries are closed.
Midnight 31 August
Up until midnight 31 August, any individual wishing to transfer their entry to another competitor may do so. An administration fee of $50 applies to all transfers. After 31 August, none of the above transfer conditions apply.

All cancellations are based upon the following rules

NO CASH REFUNDS, TRANSFERS ONLY
EVENT CLOSED CLAUSE
No cancellations permitted once event entries are full, and entries are closed.
All charity donations are non-refundable.
Any merchandise ordered is non-refundable. Items can be mailed at purchasers expense.
Entries cancelled after midnight 31 August will be considered and treated as a DNS (Did Not Start) and no transfer options are available.
DNS, DNF (Did Not Finish) or Disqualified Entrants are not eligible for the above cancellation benefits or any prizes
